Late in May, the weather was gorgeous and Ihad no commitments so I biked along the Mohawk Hudson Bike Trail along the Hudson river through Albany. Above and below on the left is where I had my lunch along the trail. Here is the High Street Bridge, one of the bridges that cross the Hudson to Troy and Rensselear. As you get closer to downtown Albany, the trail gets narrower (below). High Street Bridge, Mohawk Hudson Bike Trail. =0=

Above are pictures of a couple of other bridges over the Hudson. a train bridge and the I90 Bridge. Along the river there is also the U.S.S. Slater, a WWII destroyer that has been converted to a museum. On the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, the Albany Restore had a couple of pickups in the Saratoga area. We were delayed getting across a now one lane bridge (with traffic light at each end) due to heavy traffic for a rowing competition (below) on Saratoga lake.
