We had an opportunity to purchase and light butter lamps with our prayers. Then we were invited to proceed through the entrance to the shrine on the left (below). Cave on the hill. =0=

We went into the cave from there up the steps to a room with an image of Buddha built into the cave. We chanted some prayers (video) and left our katas, offerings, and prayers as shown by Lamala below. Cave on the hill. =0=

There was another shrine further in the cave. There is only one monk at the shrine and several nuns (so is it a monastery or a nunnery). The nuns served us tea and also showed us another cave with a shrine. Cave on the hill. =0=
