I, Brian P Carr, am the respondent/petitioner in these matters, have knowledge of the facts of these matters and make the following statements under oath and penalty of perjury.

  1. On December 30, 2004, I filed with the Clark County Sheriff's Office for service on Ms. Huntting all of the papers mentioned in Judge Johnson's letter of January 6, 2005 concerning case 04-2-08824-4 and case 04-2-08908-9. This included:

    1. Motions for Revision in case 04-2-08824-4 and case 04-2-08908-9 dated November 23, 2004 together with scheduled hearing date of December 10, 2004.
    2. Motion to Revisit and Consolidate in case 04-2-08824-4 and case 04-2-08908-9 dated December 9, 2004 along with associated papers.
    3. Letter to Judge Johnson dated December 18, 2004 together with proposed Orders based on the decisions announced at the hearing of December 10, 2004.
    4. Affidavit for Record dated December 29, 2004 in case 04-2-08824-4.
    5. Motion to Revise in case 04-2-08824-4 dated December 30, 2004 along with associated papers and scheduled hearing date of January 28, 2005.

  2. As of January 14, 2005 no service had been made by the Sheriff's Department and I canceled the request for service. These same papers (listed above) were served on Ms. Huntting via mail in an envelope addressed to Karyn, XXXXXX, Vancouver, WA with first class postage attached which I handed to a postal clerk at the U.S.P.S. Post Office at 1211 Daniels St, Vancouver, WA 98660 on January 14, 2005.

I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. I also certify that this affidavit was prepared personally without the advice of any attorney and that I understand that the court by entering a decree or other order does not relieve myself of the responsibility for any omissions, defects, or inaccuracies in the file or matters presented or any consequences resulting therefrom.
