Minutes of April 12, 2012 of the
The Brian Carr Education and Research Charitable Trust.

At 7:45PM the meeting was called to order by the Custodian, Brian P. Carr, at 76A Hidden View, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Present were the Custodian and Trustee, David M. Carr. All attendees reviewed the minutes of the meeting of April 28, 2011. A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes. The motion was carried unanimously. All attendees reviewed the proposed 2011 I.R.S. Form 990PF as well as the associated balances. A motion was made and seconded to approve the proposed Form 990PF and the associated balances. The motion was carried unanimously. At 8:00 PM a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting and the motion was carried unanimously.
