| We also took a series of trips in their little station wagon. It was a real woodie (with decorative wooden panels on the doors), but very moderate in size. It had a 450cc motor while my brother had a motorcycle with a 900cc motor. Of course my brothers motorcycle could go up hills much faster than their tiny stationwagon. Above are pictures from the coast. We also visited Derbyshire, south of Lancashire and just east of Manchester. They were famous for the well dressing contests as shown here and below. |
