The day after the Ithaca Sufi Dance Camp on Monday, June 28, 2010, there was a hearing at the Albany City Hall (shown here) in Suite 209 for the Albany City Court. My roommate John had continued to have problems paying his share of the rent and so there was an eviction hearing to get us all out of the house on Edison though the lease ran out on June 30, 2010. Albany City Hall is an impressive old building as you can see below. Albany City Hall, NY. =0=

Here is another picture of Albany City Hall. The hearing was scheduled for 9AM, but they didn't start until 9:30AM. However, for any no-shows, they had until 10AM before a default judgment would be issued. John was there along with the landlord, Tony. John promised that we would all be out by the end of the lease, June 30, and that he would have a check for the balance due on the rent less the security deposit. Albany City Hall, NY. =0=
While we were at the hearing, Nino was packing up his stuff and was all out by June 28. John and I moved out on June 30th. I moved to Watervliet, NY in the Port Schuyler area just a block behind the Watervliet Armory (where they manufacture weopons). Below are pictures of the house I am sharing with Kim (who rents the house) and Mark. Nino. =0=
