| In early October, my son, Jay, and I were off on a road trip to Virginia Beach to celebrate his successfully passing his road test and getting his full license. We travelled south through Delaware and the Virginia eastern shore which took us to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel shown here. |

| It was a really long bridge (multiple sections) which sometimes went up moderately but mostly was just above the water. There also two tunnels under channels in the bay. Altogether about 17.5 miles from shore to shore. Yikes! The day after we arrived there was a heavy metal reunion tour with MegaDeath at the Hapmton Coliseum (below) whish were able to go to (it was opposite the Hampton Convention Center where we parked. |

| Jay and I had assigned seats in the balcony area and so did not need to worry about getting jostled so much, but I did not bring my camera in anyway. Above are pictures from the concert. I also made a short video. Jay also got his hair cut and tinted at The Wink hair salon and was most happy with it. |
