| In November Lama Dudjom Dorjee again visited the KTD monastery outside of Woodstock, NY. You can see my pictures of the monastery from last year when they were still constucting the living and administrative buildings. That construction was completed and we were able to enjoy the new facilities (above). They still need to take down the old house / hotel (also above). The teachings and chants were in the shrine (shown here) and I stayed in the men's dorm room which was in the basement there and pretty much the same as last year. Below is the courtyard between the new building and the shrine. It still needs landscaping. Also below is the new registration desk. |

| Above is an entrance area and the new dining area. All of the tables and chairs are just gorgeous and were made there (just outside the men's dorm to be precise). Here is a picture of the dish washing section of the new kitchen (where I was assigned to help clean up after dinner as my karma yoga) and below is more of the food preparation section of the kitchen. I also wandered around a bit and behind the shrine there LOTS of prayer flags in the woods above the shrine (also shwon below). |

| I had taken pictures of the new building when it was under construction. Above is a picture of one of the stairwells nwo that it is completed and here is a picture of one of the larger rooms (a double). They were very nicely finished. |
