This year I was better prepared for the bike commute to work, about 45 minutes. I got the above way cool Bar Mitts which help keep your hands warm when bicycling. At work they had a competition where they encourages people to make up name tags for their cubicles. My theme was my plants which took over the space beside the column. Below are some of the plants on my desk. Also below is a picture from Jay's birthday dinner. Brian's Cubicle. =0=

At work we had been in the same area for many years, just expanding into new areas. We had shuffled people from cubicle to cubicle, but I often left plants in various places (some given to other's for their cubicle). In April of 2016 we moved to a new building which had a much different layout and not as much space for plants. Above are the plants which are looking for homes. All found homes eventually. Some went to the new office and some went home with employees. Here is reception area in the new building. We are one the sixth floor and have the whole floor so the elevators take you here. Mostly we moved into much more open areas, but the customer service people spend a lot of time on the phone. Below is there area which is not so open. CommerceHub Reception Area. =0=

They kept the decor of the new building as a surprise for most of us and then on the Friday before they took us on a tour where we saw our new space, much more open for most everyone as you can see above. Here is the finance area. The building has a large atrium with the upper floors in a large triangle around it as shown below. CommerceHub Zen Building. =0=
