| After the retreat, I returned to visit at my mom's. On Easter morning we went to church together. On Tuesday I visited with my brother Michael in the afternoon and took the picture above of Roxie, his roommate. Then we went to dinner with Susie, my girlfriend from high school. We first went to Cafe Brazil, but they did not have anything of interest to my brother (he avoids dairy). So instead we went to Tejano's shown above. Also below is a picture of the red brick building on Jefferson Avenue where there was once a Demolay Chapter which met there separately from any Masonic group. Afterward I was able to join the Siddha Yoga chanting and meditation group at Tom's house while Michael and Susie went to the KTC Center in Dallas for the Tuesday evening meditation group. |

| On Wednesday evening we went to Glorria's Restaurant (above) with Lamala and his family. I had previously started to take them to Herrera's Cafe for nine dinners as a variation of Milarepa's trials, but they had had a bad experience. So I started again at another restaurant that they like (and that hopefully will be open and in good favor until I can buy nine dinners). We drove in Lama Karma's car with Tashi Dolkar had decorated as above. Here is Michael, Lama Karma, Taski Dolkar, Lamala (Lama Dudjom Dorjee), Isabel and Tachu. The ladies all went in Isabel's car as we couldn't fit seven in one car. |
